Teddy Bear Portraits - Unhappy Customer!
Not pleased with pictures. Took nearly a month to arrive school. Upset parent. I placed an order for my son's picture on October 15, 2016.
According to the email it was promised that pictures will arrive at the school within one week. Unfortunately that was not the case. Nearly a month later, I finally received my son's picture and is completely DISSATISFIED with the final product.
Granted, I did not pay for re-touch fee; BUT...me being a persnickety parent that spent nearly 30 minutes in selecting the perfect picture during the previewed process, I would have noticed white spots on my sons bottom lips and left corner of his mouth. I even took a picture of the computer screen when previewing. Seems like it was deliberately placed there. As a well known company , I am sure one takes pride in their work and customers satisfaction. Patiently waiting nearly a month and seeing the pictures was heart breaking. I hope to hear from someone soon about my concern.
