I am so DISGUSTED in this company. I have been trying for almost two weeks to order my child's pictures and cannot get the order to go through. Whenever you you get to 'confirm your order " NOTHING HAPPENS. IT DOES NOT LET YOU. This is a HORRIBLE PORTRAIT STUDIO. HOPE MY CHILD'S DAYCARE DOES NO FUTURE BUSINESSES WITH THEM. EVER.

Blurry school photos, I can never get back.

My daughters school started using this company. In the Fall of 2017, I purchased their largest pack, only to receive blurry non-sharp and crisp images. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Come 2018, and I say okay, I'll try this again, when they came to her school. I expressed my disappointment to the photographer, that the last round was blurry. She wouldn't let me see more than a thumbnail to determine if they were blurry or not. Well I finally see the digital downloads, and guess what?! THEY'RE BLURRY! So I called Teddy Bear, and they said all sales are final. I'm so heartbroken and disappointed with this service. For the amount of money these cost, they should be able to get a sharp photo. Needless to say, I don't recommend this place, nor will I ever use them again.

Your daughters pictures were beautiful and definitely not blurry and of a professional quality grade. You were able to view the photos prior to purchasing and you downloaded the photos two times.

We have talked extensively with you and came up with a solution.

Called local number for help

I called the local customer service line to have help with logging on to he website . The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and cut me off several times with the famous “Ma’am” line. I was not aware you needed a code to get into the photos. She was very rude at explaining this. If this wasn’t for my sons graduation photo , I would have cancelled my order. Very disappointed with the customer service line. You should never have a person answering the phones that cannot be polite over the phone .

"Amanda" evidently does not have a boss

Our 1st picture day was cancelled by our photographer due to illness(at 6:15 on portrait day.) He called back, I rescheduled. Three business days before our new date, AMANDA called to reschedule again!

I started out trying to work it out. The only words Ms Amanda knew , "I have no photographer that day" no matter my statement/question, that was her answer. I asked to speak to her boss. She said she was the manager.

Again, her only comment/answer. I was annoyed for sure, I had to pay extra staff for the first date, children were dressed, parents planned to go to work late.

She said pictures would be $12.00 per sheet instead of $15.00, but only if purchased during the afternoon showing. Not on orders purchased on-line.

Price of packages and downloading photos

I had no Idea that 101.00 would pay for barely nothing. I thought I was purchasing all the poses.

When I go online to down load the pics they have the proof stamp all over them, how is that free to down load with proof all over them. The pricing is really a rip off. Why can't I down load my digital pics I should have access to for ever? I also didn't like the fact that the photographer didn't go over the packages, just basically picked out the collage when I wanted all the poses.

I'm not too happy with the service provided.

I feel like I should have gotten more poses for that price. I have ordered school pictures else were and got more for my money, with great qualities.

If you ordered our digital package the photos do not have the watermarks. You need to go to the link on your receipt. If you are still having trouble please contact our customer service department at 800-338-****

I was planning to buy a photo for my son in the daycare for $15. It is pricey and I am okay for it. When we are trying to check out, a piece of paper (photo) requires $6 shipping & $2 handling fee! The subcharge is >50% ($8) of the original picture! I decided not to buy it not because I cannot afford it but I hate the feeling of being riped off! The company is too greedy for money! My daughter school picture charges for $12 (no shopping or handle fee or tax). I will go to a studio to take pic than getting the picture from this company!!

I am so sorry you think we are too expensive. Our pricing is extremely reasonable for what we offer.

First, we do not do school pictures. What we provide is professional studio quality portraits that you would take at a professional studio. The only difference is our studio is mobile and we go to the schools. We make sure the children are groomed, we provide props and put the children in several poses.

We do not charge a sitting fee as most independent photographer do. In addition our photos are printed on the highest grade paper and we even offer a lifetime guarantee that the photos will not discolor or fade over time. Our current pricing is $20 per sheet of photos. We have an onsite sales event at the school on portrait day where we discount our prices at least 20% off our regular prices plus we offer a large array of packages.

As far as the shipping cost and fees, that is something our printer charges and unfortunately that is out of our control. If you would like to discuss this further please email me directly at mimi.buckner@***.com

Too Expensive!

I just purchased 2 sheets at my son’s school. $15 each.

Total $30, shipping fee $6, processing fee $2, tax $2.79 (they added shipping cost). Grand total $40.79 for 2 sheets 8x10 is totally expensive! Photographer made a snotty remark that they are a professional photography who uses real Lightnings and background unlike so and so but not going to name them. I knew who she was referring to (Lifetouch).

Well, at least they are not soooo expensive and are very affordable! I’ve bought a lot from them with my older child.

Going to suggest a replacement or else I won’t buy anymore. Was my first with my son so I wanted his first school picture.

We provide professional portraits at daycares similar to professional photography studios. Those studios are far more expensive and also charges sitting fees which we do not.

In addition, we offer a lifetime guarantee on our photos that they will not fade, discolor or stick to glass - no school picture company will offer you that. We hope you enjoy your photos.

Overcharge for poor photography

Staff acknowledge and apologize for the poorly prepared pictures however that’s it. They refuse to set-up re-takes and or refund. The company comes first and client comes second. I can not be a part of a company that believes in those values. Overpriced pictures and 6 dollar delivery charge for the convenience of them coming to your school??? So that gives Teddy Bear Portraits the right to increase prices and spend little to no time with our children? I will never place my money toward such an unorganized and unqualified company With poorly managed employees. My daughter’s kindergarten picture will be re-taken by a qualified photographer. Hope this is a lesson for other parents, do not waist your time or money on this company.

Super expensive & for wha

My sons daycare had this company come in and take photos. We received the code and looked online and the photos looked cute. I go online and purchase the photos. Over a month later, no photos. I call and “there was an error in processing and they haven’t been sent out” hmmm?! That’s weird. Fast forward to over a month plus later, received the photos and I’m very disappointed in the quality. I have no complaints with the digital copy but the prints are awful. Didn’t realie it was going to be such a waste of money!

My children had their pictures taken by this company in early December. I purchased pictures and the emailed reciept stated the pictures will arrive 2weeks. It is now January 4th and the pictures have not been received, I called the number listed online as the number from the email does not work. I spoke with a lady that claimed to be the manager of the WHOLE customer service department. She was unhelpful and claimed the order had been shipped but couldn't even find tracking information. She said she was trying to contact the shipping department but the numbers were not working(not surprised). She stated she could not transfer me to anyone as she was the highest level of personnel in the building.

Packages

They are outrages for the price. 1 8*10 and 2 5*7 cost 45 to 48 dollars and it was only 1 pose! They take 3. You dont even get a preschool class picture. Smh.Id rather go to 1 hr photo pay $21.50 and you take 5 poses. Pick a package and the other 4 pictures are a $1. They are too expensive.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My sons preschool in Rochester NY picked this company for photos . I just had the worst experience ever trying to order them. They make you wait in line with all the other parents Just to order the photos off a computer. If you order them online after you leave school then you have to pay more money . I was there for 45 minutes. To top that off they werent even that great of photos . But of course you have to order your kids photo . I just ordered one image of 3.5 by 5 photos and it was $25 after shipping and taxes. I'm so upset . I could have got a Groupon for cheaper with better photos and more options .

I cannot believe how expensive this company is, its preschool photos, I just wanted a couple, I don't need some $180 package or a dozen photos. I think they might make more money if they were reasonable. I would have bought a few at a decent price, I refuse to buy any of this. They don't even have a sheet of wallets you can buy. And then when I did put one sheet of 2 5X7's in my cart, they want $10 for shipping! Another joke and rip off! They can keep my pictures, I don't need them, I can take my own at home on my iPhone and print at CVS for $3 Good luck.

No notice given of shoot, photos are not great, $99 for one digital photo

The whole setup is sort of a scam. This company markets schools as a hidden fundraiser so you automatically pay more for pictures to cover the profit for the school. I received no notice of the shoot. We were simply ambushed by a parade of computer screens and order options when we came to pick up our child. Of course, you want pictures of your child, bad or not. It would have been nice to have a fresh haircut and picture day clothes. So with mediocre results, you still have to buy all of the pictures or none!! One decent photo cost $99. No thank you!!
