Ordered the digital package for $100 on 10-27 and credit card charged same day. Told two weeks at the most for an email.

Waited 3 weeks and came online to google the company to call. Found this website. I have called and left messages 5 times and emailed 2 different accounts countless times! 5 weeks later, I decided to dispute my CC.

Next day, I got an email with my access code. However, I HAVE TO PAY TO VIEW / DOWNLOAD MY PICTURES! Are you kidding me? I responded t that email with a nasty exchange and have not heard back - again.

Glad the charge is still in dispute!!! Ridiculous!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Teddy Bear Portraits Cons: Never received product, Never recieving instant digital images, Wait time on the phone, No response to several voice mails and emails.

FUNNY!!!

I wanted them for christmas presents - as you can see in my post. My credit card charge has been disputed as per the SEVERAL emails I have already sent your amazingly horrible company.

So you are saying TeddyBear can turn back time? That would be amazing - so I can get these pictures on time for the holidays.
