I saw no way to edit or change an order untit i submitted an order no i have pictures that i didnt want and have no way of checking it out im out 180.00$

ordered pictures when I submitted my order I didn't see where I could edit it until I saw my email oonfirmation I then saw something that I didn't want or remember ordering it I don't think I would ever order again from u go back to paper order forms im now out 180.00 instead of the 40.00 that I thought I ordered im not very happy about that

STAY AWAY!!!

One month later I am still waiting on the correct photo. I asked the photography if she could crop a certain photo a little closer.

She said "no problem". She showed me the crop and I said it was perfect. She told me to order now because it would be discounted. She told me that the photo I order will still look like the un-cropped version, but that it would transfer over and I would receive the correctly cropped version.

I was hesitant to order the photo at that point. I wanted to wait until I was seeing the crop applied, but she was pushy and insistent that the photo should be ordered now for the discount.

I got home and the website was then showing the correct photo with the correct crop. Again, the photographer ASSURED me that even though I placed my order earlier that I would get the crop we both saw and agreed on. I figured that since I was seeing the correct crop on the website now that she must know what she's talking about.

I receive my photo.

It is the original, un-cropped photo. I call customer service and explain. She sends the correct photo (or so I thought). I get the second photo.

It is still the original, un-cropped photo. I call customer service and speak with someone who seems beyond clueless. She says that she is sending the correctly cropped photo. This is now the THIRD time I have received the INCORRECT PHOTO!!

I spent $20+ on ONE 8x10 photo. Sure, I could crop it, but then it's not an 8x10. I paid for a product that YOUR photographer told me would be cropped. I want my correctly cropped photo.

I want my money back.

I want to never deal with their customer service team ever again. I will NEVER EVER purchase from this company again.

FOUR Cancelled/Rescheduled Picture Days

If you are a director/administrator of a childcare program, please beware. They asked us to move our picture day from a Tuesday to a Thursday for the convenience of the photographer. We complied. Then they called 2 days before the new date to say the photographer was sick and we had to reschedule. Then WE called the day before the next picture day to make sure everything would go as planned and that is when they told us that the photographer broke their leg and we had to reschedule again! We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. 72 hours before the final rescheduled date WE once again called to the confirm. We got the run around for 2 days and they finally admitted they didn't have a photographer available...but they would work on it. After hours of waiting for a response and Teddy Bear Customer Service not answering emails and our Representative not taking calls, I could not stomach cancelling picture day AGAIN so we scrambled to find a local photographer to fill in for us on the day Teddy Bear was supposed to come. I am so baffled by their lack of communication and professionalism. I am wondering if they just would not have shown up had we not called to confirm ahead of time! I now feel like the "supervisor" handling our account was just lying to us with all these excuses. She doesn't have her voicemail set up and did not follow though on anything she promised. Please go read the Better Business Bureau Reviews/Complaints. This has been the most frustrating experience with a photography company we have ever had. We will not be booking them again.

Extremely expensive

While the images are good, photos and other products are extremely poor quality and expensive, shipping charges are a joke. Calendars are 8x11 only so the numbers are a few millimeters, good luck reading them. Bought a couple of calenders and 1 photo sheet for $70 with coupon code! My thought is with so many other options, the school will likely change.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had my husband pick up my daughter from daycare and was told the picture package was 39.99$ and later I found out my card was charged 139$! They knew my husband has little to no attention to detail and knew they can scam him. I immediately called to cancel the order and was reassured by customer service that they were going to cancel it and reasurred me I would get a refund. About a week later I get the pictures in the mail and call back and can't get a refund. I feel like we were scammed into buying these and that is not good business practice. Please be upfront and not lie to people tell them it's fixed when it's now.

You have a pathetic business model which is not customer-centric. You lack empathy and an ability to connect with your customers needs. Therefore, I will post and spread the word by contacting any local school I can find to inform them that you have no interest in actually providing a viable service. Instead, you want to overcharge for pictures and not even accommodate the simplest of requests.

This happened last week in N.J. The photographer was very impersonal, rushing me to pick out the portraits. They happened to come out horrible and I was very unsatisfied. My son is a happy go lucky child and likes about anyone, but can be shy. She suggested maybe he was self conscious. What I’m the world have to feel self conscious about? He’s two years old. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as I didn’t care for her personality he must not have either. At his age he doesn’t have a concept of self doubt at all, I disliked her personality and her disregard for my feelings as a parent. I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again. To merely suggest something about his personality was not her place or at her discretion. She was simply there to judge and as a parent I was very depressed about it.

Low quality and over priced

This company is used by my childs daycare and the quality of the pictures is low with a hefty price tag. I can go to a local walk in studio and get better quality and lower prices. In the past I have made them reprint due to the lighting being off. I cant believe they can get away with charging these prices for low quality pictures.

Awful Service and Picture Takers

Came to my son's daycare two days to take pictures. First day they told my son's teacher my son "wasn't ready for pictures that day." The teacher didn't understand why. Next day they took the pictures. Took 1 1/2 weeks just to get access code to view pictures (three emails and one phone call). Then in all of the pictures my son was crying. Teachers at daycare said the photographer was not engaging to the kids. If you are a child photographer it should be YOUR JOB to engage a child. My son wouldn't cry for no reason, so in the future if it is the same photographer I'm not allowing them near my son.

Their photos are wayyyyy overpriced, and customer service is horrid! They told us they were going to give us a free gift with our order when we placed it, but never sent us what they promised. Also, ordering process was a mess and no one was helping us at all. When I called to try to talk to the rep she was rude, condescending and said the only way to get the "correct" pose that I ordered was to pay for another package. There is no way I will EVER pay more for ANYTHING to this company. I don't understand why the school even chose them to begin with. I'll talk to the schools so they won't get to trick other people anymore! They don't deserve to be in business!!

They lost class pictures 2 years in a row!

The individual pictures were all tagged with incorrect access codes and names. The class pictures were never filed by the photographer so we never received it. Terrible company. Do they have no competition? Why do schools not go through another vendor? I am so sorry you had trouble with your portrait day. We have been in business for over 50 years and we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our professionalism.

I don't fully understand what issues you had because access codes are generated when photos are taken and the child's name is provided by the school. I can also look into the class photos.

Terrible experience; terrible customer service

My son attends a specials needs school that uses this company every year. I bought the "digital package" a.k.a. $101 for three digital "downloads." Downloads in is quotation marks because I was emailed my access code, however, when I went to the website to download the three photos I paid more than $30/photo for (which is WAY more expensive than the school photos I purchase with my older son through Leonard's photography, and I've never had problems with Leonard's), the download arrow promptly downloads an empty file. I was never asked or prompted to enter my access code. A look at the FAQs says I should be asked for my access code, but the only thing I can do once I log in is see the three watermark-covered photos and add them to my cart again. Conveniently, the phone number wasn't working and the live chat was unavailable. There is NO way to download these files, the website looks like it is designed to trick you into purchasing more photos despite having spent $100 for 3 digital files, and reading these reviews leads me to believe many people have fallen for the download scam only to be screwed out of their kiddo's pictures, getting them WEEKS after the promised "24-48 hours," or only getting them after posting a negative review. The photos were mediocre at best, so if this issue isn't resolved quickly, I will just dispute it with my CC and have them taken somewhere else. I emailed the company, but again, after so many negative reviews, I'm not hopeful for a quick (or maybe even any) resolution on the company's end. I will absolutely be discussing using a better company with the school's administration. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
