our school has been using teddy bear since 2005. we have always been happy with our pictures.

made a decent profit. this year it has been a nightmare. some parents were missing pictures, and we could not get through on the phone. took 2 weeks, just to talk to someone.

we just got our class picture today, jan 28. our pictures were taken the beginning or October!! I would like to use them again this year, but am very skeptical.

plus the new way of showing the parents, we did not make as much of a profit.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Unfulfilled order, Not receiving product, Not getting through on phone.
